The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the move, including the moving address, contact details, and any special requirements or items requiring special handling (e.g., fragile, heavy, or valuable items).
3.2 Access to Property
The customer must ensure that all access points to the property (e.g., doors, elevators, parking spaces) are clear and accessible for the movers. The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for moving, including street access, parking, or elevator usage.

If payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe, Fort McCoy Movers reserves the right to charge a late fee or interest on the outstanding balance.
4.4 Cancellations and Refunds
Customers may cancel or reschedule their move up to 48 hours before the scheduled move date without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move will incur a cancellation fee, which will be specified in the service agreement.

Fort McCoy Movers takes great care in handling your belongings. However, we are not liable for damage to items that were packed by the customer or were improperly packed. We recommend purchasing full-value protection for added security.

We offer basic insurance coverage for your items during the move. This insurance will cover a certain amount of damage per item. Additional insurance options are available for purchase if you require higher coverage.
